flowright (flowright.io) is a Canadian consulting practice and software platform focused on model risk management for financial institutions. This policy describes how we handle personal information on this website, in accordance with PIPEDA.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, anonymized usage and performance data about page visits. We do not use advertising trackers.

How your email is used

Your email address is stored with Buttondown, our newsletter provider, and is used solely to send the weekly digest. Subscription uses double opt-in, and every issue contains a working unsubscribe link. We never sell, rent, or share subscriber lists.

Data retention and deletion

Unsubscribing removes you from the mailing list. To request full deletion of your data, email privacy@flowright.io and we will remove it from Buttondown and any backups within 30 days.
